Before we begin...
When you book your appointment, you can select from a number of complimentary visit customization options, such as opting for a Silent Service, which minimizes conversation during your appointment. Or pre selecting a customized aromatherapy for your capes and towels, you can even select your preferred drink!
You'll also have the option to add luxury upgrades. Didn't book it ahead of time, but feeling like adding something on the fly? No worries! I build a 'margin for magic' into every booked appointment to ensure you're well taken care of.
Getting juggled by multiple stylists and assistants in a loud, busy salon is about to be a distant memory. Your experience at Greenhaus Hair Studio will always be one-on-one. There are no other stylists or assistants taking part in your service. You always have my full attention, and every moment of your appointment has you exclusively in my hands.
Located in a historic building I share my space with one other artist you may experience the occasional person in the studio half the week, but otherwise you are completely at peace and undisturbed, making it a great environment to relax or work remote.
Whether you're in for a quick haircut, or a long blonding session, I've got you covered with a wide variety of options. Whether you're looking for something healthy or more indulgent, I've got a variety of complimentary sweet and savoury snacks and beverages on hand at all times to keep you fuelled and hydrated.
And of course, be sure to always keep an eye out for special seasonal treats from somewhere local!
To ensure you're always covered, I have all the necessities available in the studio for you. Whether you need a workstation for your lap so you can stay on the job while being serviced, access to WIFI, a wireless charger for your phone, hand sanitizer and lotion, or simply a cold place to store a packed lunch (assuming you want more than the light snacks I have available), I've got you.
Unique process
Hair and scalp health is so important, and it's condition can change at any time due to a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the weather, water quality, or your overall health. Before every appointment begins, your hair's colour, texture, condition, and scalp health is noted. We'll go over any struggles or changes you may be experiencing and we'll be sure to address any issues or make any adjustments.
At your first appointment, I'll begin the process of getting to know you by conducting a thorough Beauty Lifestyle Consultation based on the Digital Consultation Form you submitted when you booked. We'll discuss your hair history, struggles, and goals to narrow down the plan for the day, as well as ensure the maintenance commitment is in alignment with your lifestyle. It is essential that your lifestyle is considered when designing a hair look and regimen so you can feel good about your hair 365 days a year, and not just when you're in the salon with me.
At subsequent appointments, we will have a more condensed, but no less thorough, Beauty Lifestyle Re-Connection Consultation to ensure you are still happy with your hair, uncover whether you are facing any new struggles, or are seeking change, to guarantee that your hair continues to align with your goals and lifestyle.
Every color service takes your hair's health into consideration. As such, built into some blonding color packages is the inclusion K18 Molecular level damage preventative which prevents and protects hair from oxidative damage during a chemical service, and reverses previous damage if any.
The little extras
Interested in making your visit extra special? There are a variety of upgrades you can add to any package or a la carte service to make your experience even better.
From K18 damage reversal treatment to various Herbal hair infusions with an extended scalp massage, and even a Hair and Scalp Detox, there are a number of options to choose from. These are available at time of booking, but even if you decide to treat yourself last minute, most luxury upgrades can be added on spur of the moment.
Nothing is overlooked when it comes to designing someone's style, whether that be eyebrows or how your hair looks when it's up in a ponytail.
If you color your hair darker than your natural, or are starting to see greys in your eyebrows, consider adding an Eyebrow Tint to your appointment. It adds no additional time!
If you're on a budget, or even just a time constraint, and you wear your hair up often, adding Faceframe highlights to your service could be an excellent idea. It's just a few foils around the face to create the illusion you've had a Full Modern Blonding done when you've actually only booked a smaller maintenance appointment. Nobody has to know!
But it honestly goes so far beyond just a few unique service options, and I'm always trying to find new ways to enhance your experience in even the tiniest of ways.
As long as you're a guest in my chair, you never have to wonder how to achieve salon quality styling at home. My mission is to set you up for success, so while I'm sure we will spend much of your appointment chatting about life and the new restaurant that just opened up, hair education will never be overlooked.
Whether you want to learn how to curl your hair, what to do with the brand new cut we did, what products are best for your hair, or even just proper shampoo technique... I'm an open book. No salon secrets here.

The Perfect Finish...
Featuring Davines Solu Shampoo that boasts soft and shiny hair while using natural active ingredients, this provides deep cleansing from accumulation or residues of styling products. This helps to remove product and mineral build up, and boosts circulation to the scalp, without any risk of over-drying the scalp or stripping color.
If your hair is feeling depleted, whether you're active outside often or previous chemical services, Davines Nou-Nou offers a gentle cleansing yet provides deep nourishment for treated and very dry hair.
If you are in need of extreme cleansing or a deeper nourishment, ask me about a Hair and Scalp Detox service or Herbal Hair Infusions
During the conditioning stage of your shampoo experience, firm pressure is gently focused around the hairline, temples, base of the skull, and neck to ease tension and enhance relaxation.
For anyone adverse to touch, you are more than welcome to request skipping this step.
All services (except standalone Bang Trims or rough dry)have the option to include a Signature Finish, which is a blow dry style, to finish out the appointment. Not only do I want to make sure you're leaving looking and feeling your absolute best, but finishing with a blow dry allows me to ensure the color looks as intended. It also gives me the opportunity to detail your haircut to perfection. Short on time? We can opt for a rough dry to get you on with your day!
